Russia launched a massive combined missile and drone attack across Ukraine, killing 18 civilians and injuring 123 others. The strikes targeted multiple cities including Odesa (9 killed), Kyiv (5 killed), and Dnipro. In Kyiv, the attack damaged a production site belonging to the energy company DTEK, causing destruction of administrative buildings and production workshops and damaging 15 vehicles.
