Vyacheslav Gladkov transferred five armored all‑terrain vehicles equipped with electronic‑warfare systems to the 'BARS‑Belgorod' and 'Orlan' units, two for BARS‑Belgorod and three for Orlan, with crews set to begin operations soon.
