Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade has for the first time estimated the cost of its Comprehensive Program for the Development of Civil Aviation (CPDCA) at over 3 trillion rubles. The funding is required to meet a confirmed demand for approximately 570 new Russian-built aircraft by 2035, a figure developed in collaboration with Sberbank. The plan includes specific orders such as 90 MS-21s for Aeroflot, 100 modernized Tu-214s for S7 Airlines, and 20 Il-114-300s for the Far Eastern carrier Aurora. The updated CPDCA has not been officially released, as First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov urged waiting for the completion of certification for import-substituted versions of key aircraft models.
