Russia offers high bonuses for military contractors

A recruitment center for contract service in the Russian Army, supported by a Moscow city fund, is advertising high-value incentives to attract new personnel. The Unified Selection Point in Moscow is offering total payments of up to 7 million rubles for a one-year contract, with an initial payment of 2.56 million rubles and monthly salaries between 260,000 and 300,000 rubles. Additional benefits include loan and tax write-offs up to 10 million rubles, monthly child payments, and job retention guarantees. The recruitment drive is targeting Russian and CIS citizens aged 18 to 64 for roles including drivers, medics, UAV operators, and signalmen.
