Belgorod region housing damage tallied

Russian authorities have released a detailed accounting of property damage in the Belgorod region from ongoing shelling and drone attacks. Since the start of the war, more than 18,000 houses and apartments have been damaged in the Shebekinsky District alone, with 64 homes damaged in the past week. The regional governor reports that since 2022, over 16,300 properties have been restored, with 106 houses repaired last week. Since the beginning of 2026, more than 3,000 homes have been damaged or destroyed across the entire Belgorod Region, and over 1,000 vehicles have been damaged or burned.
