France releases seized Russian-linked tanker

France has released the tanker Deyna, part of Russia's so-called 'shadow fleet,' which had been detained in the port of Marseille since March 20. The vessel, sailing under a Mozambican flag and heading from Russia, was allowed to depart after French authorities concluded their investigation. This follows a pattern of European nations, including Sweden, releasing seized vessels, while others like Estonia and Britain have refused or prohibited similar enforcement actions against Russian maritime traffic.
