Russia completes 'Steel' retraining for veterans

Russia has completed another module of its 'Steel' personnel project for veterans of the special military operation in the Belgorod region. Participants in the fifth module received training in modern tools for civil servants, strategic and project management, and team skills using real regional case studies. The program featured speakers including Minister of Digital Development Sergey Chetverikov, Minister of Health Andrey Ikonnikov, and other senior regional government officials. Next, participants will undergo practical internships and final program stages to complete their professional retraining.
