Shoigu repeats threat over Ukrainian drone attacks

Shoigu cited Article 51 of the UN Charter, which outlines the right to self-defense, declaring that Russia "will defend itself." These remarks echo a direct warning he issued earlier this month, escalating tensions with NATO members on Russia's northwestern border.
