US evacuates Kasrak base in Syria

The United States has ended its formal military presence in Syria, with the last convoy departing the Qasrak base in the northeast. All equipment that could not be removed was destroyed on-site, and the facility has been fully evacuated. Syrian government forces have since entered the base to take control of the area.
