Zelensky urges Europe to return refugees for military service

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on European countries to return Ukrainian refugees to face military service. He stated that many young Ukrainians left the country in violation of state legislation and that their return is a matter of justice and constitutional duty. Zelensky emphasized the need for rotation of soldiers on the front lines and said the armed forces want them back unconditionally. He suggested the relevant services of both Ukraine and host countries should work together to resolve the issue.
