Russian Gvozdika artillery hits Ukrainian positions

Russian artillery units have employed 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers to strike Ukrainian defensive positions in the Zaporozhye region. The operation followed aerial reconnaissance by drone operators who identified hidden bunkers and a network of enemy positions in forested areas. The high maneuverability of the Gvozdika and effective crew coordination reportedly enabled precise strikes against these fortified targets despite opposition from Ukrainian drones. The Russian military claims the destruction of these structures has eliminated the Ukrainian forces' ability to establish a foothold in the area.
