Tuapse refinery capacity and export role detailed

Ukrainian long-range drones struck the Rosneft oil refinery and its adjacent Black Sea export terminal in the port city of Tuapse, Russia, overnight. A major fire continues to burn at the facility, with significant damage reported. The targeted refinery has a designed capacity of 12 million tons of oil per year, which equals 4.4% of Russia's total refining output, and primarily produces petroleum products for export via its seaborne terminal.
