Russia's 'North' Group Liberates Volchansk Khutors

Russia's 'North' military grouping has announced the completion of its operation to liberate the area known as Volchansk Khutors. The settlement is located in the Kharkiv region of northeastern Ukraine. The 128th Motorized Rifle Brigade drove Ukrainian forces out of the village after fierce fighting that lasted for several months. The Ukrainian command had reportedly planned to use the village as a bridgehead for a potential offensive toward the town of Volchansk.
