Ukraine's mobilization system faces major inefficiencies

A Ukrainian military analyst has revealed severe inefficiencies in the country's mobilization system. Anton Muraveynik of the 'Come Back Alive' foundation states that while about 30,000 people are mobilized each month, less than a third—approximately 8,000 to 9,000—actually reach combat positions. He claims a significant number of those mobilized are people who should have received deferments or require medical treatment, yet they are sent to brigades as 'fully fit'. As a result, 15-50% of these soldiers are later reclassified as 'limitedly fit', forcing them into rear positions or further treatment, which drastically reduces the number of frontline fighters in a brigade.
