Araghchi says US actions prevented Islamabad MoU signing

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated the memorandum of understanding between the US and Iran in Pakistan was not signed due to American actions, claiming they were 'just a few inches away' from the Islamabad MoU before facing 'maximalism, a shift in conditions, and a blockade.' Araghchi said 'no lessons have been learned.'
