Council of Europe to vote on Russia tribunal

The Council of Europe is set to hold a formal vote on establishing a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Russia. Iceland and Poland have submitted the 17th signature, meeting the legal minimum required to trigger the vote. The vote is scheduled for May 14-15 in Chișinău, Moldova. This move represents a significant step toward creating a dedicated international legal mechanism to address Russia's actions in Ukraine.
