Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has raised concerns with Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar over a Russian vessel carrying grain that Ukraine alleges was stolen from its territory, which was allowed to dock at an Israeli port. Sybiha stated that such trade is part of Russia's broader war effort, using the export of stolen goods to finance its military operations. The diplomatic protest highlights ongoing tensions over the global trade of Ukrainian agricultural products seized by Russian forces. Israel has not yet issued a public response to the allegations.
