Ukrainian long-range drones have struck the AO Sintez-Kauchuk petrochemical facility in Sterlitamak, located in Russia's Republic of Bashkortostan, over 1,300 km from the front lines. The attack on the morning of April 15 caused explosions and sent thick black smoke over the plant, which specializes in synthetic rubbers and related products. This deep-strike operation continues Ukraine's campaign to target Russian industrial and military production facilities far from the battlefield.
