The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) reports that North Korea is significantly expanding its key nuclear site, the Yongbyon Nuclear Scientific Research Center, and has constructed a new enrichment facility. IAEA chief Rafael Grossi pointed to expanded activity at Yongbyon, including the construction of a new light-water reactor.
