Ukrainian authorities in the Kharkiv region have ordered a mandatory evacuation for 23 settlements in the Kupyansk district due to the ongoing threat of Russian military operations. The evacuation covers 12 villages in the Shevchenkove community, home to 756 people, and 11 settlements in the Velykyi Burluk community, where 34 families with 54 children remain. Separately, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, stated that local authorities plan to build additional underground educational institutions with anti-radiation bomb shelters in the region, with alternative solutions being considered for areas with difficult terrain.
