Araghchi: US maximalism derailed Islamabad MoU

Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi says Iran and the US failed to sign an agreement in Islamabad due to American actions, despite being very close to signing a memorandum. Tehran encountered 'maximalism and constant changing of conditions' from Washington, he stated.
